iOS6 Requirement:
Photos PRIVACY Settings

Settings > Privacy > Photos > Transfer [ON]

1 Tap "Settings" App.

2 Choose "Privacy" tab on the left, than select "Photos" tab on the right.

3"Transfer" should be "ON"!
